Social Ballroom Dances/West Coast Practica/Salsa Dance
We run $7 dances the 2nd, 4th, and 5th Saturday of each month, and a beginners dance on the 4th Sunday.  There is also a West Coast Swing practica on the 2nd Friday of each month, and a Salsa dance on the 4th Friday.
(Social Dances, the Salsa dance, and the West Coast practica are at Lenora's Ballroom - Our SE 6th and Alder location.  Beginners Practice dances are at Capitol Hill Ballroom.) 

Social dances are a fun and exciting way to take what you know and get it on the dance floor!  Our dances typically have between 40-75 people in attendance, with the age range between 12-94.  The music selection is mostly made up of: Waltz, Foxtrot, Cha Cha, Rumba, Nigthclub, Tango, Swing, Samba, Quickstep, Salsa, Hustle, Viennese Waltz, and the occasional Country 2-Step.  

The West Coast Practica will be only West Coast music, in a more casual setting, where you can practice and ask others for feed back.
